WARRANTY

Delivery will be made in accordance with the stylistic difference of each creation, within a period that can vary from 3 days to 3 worked weeks from the conclusion of the order and the manufacture of the jewel. Each Ludovica Andrina jewel is accompanied by a 2 year warranty for any manufacturing defect found. You can view the warranty in the dedicated area. You can request the return of any product within 14 days from the delivery date. We advise you to pay attention to your creations so that they can stay with you for as long as possible to avoid any kind of impact and friction, do not wear them when you sleep, swim or play sports, finally avoid contact with perfumes and cosmetics. Do not use under water, in the sea, in the swimming pool and at the spa. You can consult the guarantee in the dedicated area for all information regarding the care of your jewel.
